Role overview
Design at Flagright is central to the product. As one of a handful of designers, you'll own entire product areas and have a real say in where the product goes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, customer support and leadership, with the autonomy to drive decisions and the responsibility that comes with it.
As a Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design of the tools compliance teams rely on to catch financial crime. You'll turn complex, data-dense problems into interfaces that feel clear and fast under pressure, and you'll see your work shipped to real users quickly.
This is a hands-on, high-velocity role. You'll move from ambiguous problem to validated solution to shipped product, partnering closely with engineers along the way and helping shape our design system as we scale. We expect you to bring strong opinions, defend them with reasoning, and update them when the evidence says so.

Key responsibilities
Own design end-to-end for complex compliance workflows — from problem definition and research through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and shipped product.
Translate dense, technical problems into intuitive interfaces that help compliance analysts move quickly and confidently.
Partner closely with engineering, customer support and product to scope, sequence, and ship — balancing speed with craft, and knowing when each matters.
Own and contribute to our design system, raising consistency and velocity across the product.
Talk directly to users and prospects to understand how compliance teams actually work, and turn those insights into design decisions.
Who we are looking for
3–5 years designing digital products, ideally complex B2B or enterprise SaaS with dense, high-stakes workflows.
A strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership: the messy problem, your thinking, the trade-offs, and the shipped result — not just polished screens.
Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a vaguely defined problem and drive it to a clear, shippable answer without waiting for a perfect brief.
Strong product instincts — you think in terms of user outcomes and business impact, not just pixels.
Fluency in Figma and the ability to build and maintain design systems.
High agency and resourcefulness; you figure things out and move without needing detailed direction.
Bonus: experience in fintech, compliance, fraud, or risk, and comfort collaborating closely with engineers and users.
