Job Description

Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions related to the credentialing and privileging process for physicians and allied health professionals.  Provides administrative support to Medical Staff leaders, departments and committees.  Serves as a liaison between patients, guests, hospital staff and physicians.  The Representative identifies opportunities for meeting, exceeding or resolving patients' expectations.  Helps the facility maintain a state of survey readiness and assists the quality department at any time with any needs they may have.

This position is primarily remote; however, it requires flexibility to work on-site periodically to support meetings, surveys, and other business needs.

Additional Job Description

A high school diploma and five years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and three years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.
