Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Coventry Walsgrave - Salary from £38,000 + up to 25% bonus

About the Nursery
Our Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Coventry Walsgrave cares for up to 125 children and benefits from a highly experienced, long-standing team. Located on hospital grounds, we offer excellent transport links and free lunch and onsite parking.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional childcare
- Drive high standards in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
- Support continuous improvement across the nursery
About You
- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
