INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SOURCING SPECIALIST   The Independent Contractor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruiting and selection and document verification for independent contract CDL and non CDL drivers. This position is responsible for creating a pipeline of 1099 candidates through recruiting efforts in order to maintain business staffing plans success.
