Your new role
The internship opportunity will give you the opportunity to develop skills sets that will be beneficial to your future career growth such as marketing and product launch. Our team is small, close-knit, agile, fun, and highly motivated, passionate about driving change for patients. As a Marketing Intern you will:
- Support brand strategy execution
- Contribute to marketing initiatives
- Assist in designing and developing promotional material and campaigns
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to endure smooth project delivery
- Gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic commercial environment
Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027 based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.
Your new department
You will be part of the Marketing department at Novo Nordisk, where we work on innovative projects to support product launches and drive commercial success. The atmosphere is fast-paced and energising, providing ample opportunities to learn and grow in the field of marketing while contributing directly to our mission.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an enthusiastic, curious and creative individual who is excited to learn and contribute in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll bring with you:
- Recently graduated from a pharmacy, medicine, or any science-related field
- Interest and creativity in designing promotional materials, with a passion for marketing and commercial activities
- Experience in leading projects, ideally during your studies or through extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills, creative thinking and a tech-savvy mindset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft environment – you will be guided on internal systems throughout the internship
