- Basic knowledge of IT support, including laptops, printers, and end‑user troubleshooting
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center (user management, email, licenses)
- Basic understanding of IT strategic planning and IT operations support
- Basic financial knowledge for non‑finance roles, including budget awareness and cost control
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with regional teams
- Able to work collaboratively with regional teams in Malaysia and Barcelona
- Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to travel for work purposes when required
- Thai nationality or legally eligible to work in Thailand
