Nursery: Children 1st Meir Park Nursery, Stoke-on-Trent 2 Lysander Rd, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 7TW
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, Full Time
Salary: Up to £14.75ph dependent on qualifications and experience

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Lead Early Years Educator who will work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

About the job:
Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework
Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences
Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
Leads, motivates and inspires the educator team
Be the third in command in the nursery after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager
Identifying areas of change and implementing
About you:
Level 3 or above qualification within early years
Minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
