Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assistance in basic facilities maintenance tasks (tooling maintenance)
Conference room and meeting setup support
Assisting with supplies
Technical Knowledge
Must be able to use hand & power tools
Can use measurement instruments
Technical Skills
Willing to learn
Can assist and assemble parts
Analytical
Can make basic calculations
Supervision/Priority Setting
Can work with close supervision or independently and follow instructions
Self-learner, takes initiatives for growth in skills

Will identify/report obvious problems

Willing to communicate clearly and openly with all levels
Working knowledge of computer programs such as word, excel, email and power point

Willingly accepts and follows training and instruction, policies and safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1-2 years’ experience in similar activities
Willingness to take directions from others, work independently and in cross-functional teams
WORKING CONDITIONS
Occasionally must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Walk, climb stairs, pull, push, grab, bend, stoop or kneel frequently.
The ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
Clearly and comfortably view, interpret and process information within the department.
Using a computer monitor for extended periods during normal working hours is required.
