Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit - Full Time - Days

- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation - Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary - Communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and co-workers as appropriate - Participate in the discharge planning process - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
