About the Team and Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from Solidgate’s payments solutions.

This role combines relationship management, analytics, and business development, giving you hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fintech and global payments. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver outstanding client experiences, identify growth opportunities.

What you’ll own

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, supporting them in all payment-related questions.

  • Identify growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

  • Research markets and industries to discover new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver the best client experience.

  • Track and report client performance metrics, providing insights that guide decisions both internally and externally.

You’re a great fit if you have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress)

  • Strong academic achievements and results

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset
