Vertiv is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join its global Human Resources Information Systems Team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across multiple HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, data management, reporting, automation, and emerging AI-driven solutions, complemented by functional knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM modules such as Global HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Absence Management, HR Help Desk, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
The successful candidate will partner with Global HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and drive operational excellence.
