About the role

HealthFitness is looking for an energetic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our new corporate client site in St. Paul, Minnesota!

This role includes teaching one class per week and is ideal for instructors looking for a consistent, rewarding opportunity in a professional corporate environment. We’re open to instructors who specialize in traditional group exercise (GX) formats or specialty classes, so bring your passion and your signature style.

Details:
1 class per week during operating hours (Monday through Thursday 6am-6pm)

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Yoga/Pilates, Boot Camp, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $45 - $50/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
