
Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator

The HR Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for providing support, coordination, administration and maintenance of a full range of Onboarding and HRIS functions. Reports directly to the Director of HR Operations.
How You Will Contribute
Draft and prepare New Hire Offer Letters and onboarding documentation.
Initiate required Employee Background Checks and Drug Screenings when applicable.
Coordinate between HR team and Corporate Partners (Legal, IT, etc.) in the preparation for new hire paperwork.
Provide guidance to New Hires as they navigate through the onboarding process.
Interface with external vendors on a daily basis and provide timely responses to requests or inquiries from both internal and external partners.
Work on special projects related to Onboarding and HRIS system as assigned.
Perform a full range of audits to ensure onboarding and systems accuracy
Skills and Qualifications for Success
Proven work experience 1-3 years within an HR/Recruiting Department, strong employee onboarding background
Hands-on HRIS required, experience with Workday preferred
I-9 Work Authorization experience
Excellent attention to detail with all work-related functions
Demonstrated adaptability and able to quickly adjust to changing priorities and organizational demands.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting multiple office locations across multiple states
