The role
As host, you’re not only welcoming our guests, you create experiences for them. Picture yourself and your colleagues as memory makers, where you won’t hide behind a desk. You will shine between check-in, bar, pantry, restaurant, terrace & meeting rooms. During your shift, you are engaged in:
- Creating a warm, inviting, and cozy atmosphere that sets the tone for a positive stay from the very first hello
- Anticipating guest needs and preferences through conversations and thoughtful questioning.
- Spread moments of joy by surprising our guests with unexpected gestures.
- Address guests’ concerns and find swift solutions to secure their happiness.
- Being a real team player. One moment you will check-in our guests, the next you will be shaking the Usual cocktail for them or helping your team in the pantry.
