Director of Operations

Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead our domestic production operations. Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, the selected individual will initially be responsible for production in machining, fabrication, assembly and finishing. Over time, this position will also assume responsibility for Scheduling, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities. Immediate success will come from Lean Systems optimization and effective partnerships with all departments. Long-term achievement will require investment in people, scalable structures, systems discipline and leveraging technology.
