Our Management Associate Programme is a nine-month initiative designed to develop you into a global leader.
Through two rotations and an overseas stint, you will:
Gain first hand experience on what it takes to drive the growth and transformation of Singapore’s businesses and industries by rotating through various departments, providing a comprehensive understanding of our work.
Expand your global perspective with an overseas stint in a dynamic regional market, where you'll engage with business stakeholders, build networks, and gain market awareness.
[What we are looking for]
Dynamic, collaborative, innovative and resilient individuals who embody these qualities:
Fresh/recent university graduates with less than two years of work experience. All academic disciplines are welcome.
Strong analytical reasoning, data synthesis, and analysis
Passion for growing stronger Singapore enterprises and industries
Strong business acumen
Global mindedness
