
Administrative Support Coordinator - Lourdes Foundation
Job Description
The Administrative Support Coordinator leads and supports key administrative functions for philanthropic efforts across FMOL Health. Based at Our Lady of Lourdes, this position also serves the Foundations at St. Francis Health in Monroe, St. Dominic Health in Jackson, MS, and Our Lady of the Lake Health in Baton Rouge. Key areas of responsibility include support for the meetings and activities of the four separate Boards of Directors, system-wide meeting logistics, operational expenses and budget, tracking systemwide processes such as annual training goals and new team member orientation, and administrative activities such as calendar and meeting logistics. It will also support special projects at Our Lady of Lourdes Foundation. This role is a key partner in the growth and evolution of fundraising activities that benefit patients and families.
