ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed: - Direct OSHA and corporate safety compliance programs, including HAZCOM, Bloodborne Pathogens, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, PPE, fire safety, and equipment training- Ensure corporate risk guidelines are adopted and implemented in the property's written safety program- Lead the Safety Committee and develop materials for monthly meetings- Coordinate with HR to assign return-to-work duties aligned with medical restrictions for workers’ compensation claims; report status changes to claims adjuster - Facilitate investigation of guest incidents resulting in alleged injury, including generating incident reports and ensuring all relevant documentation and surveillance footage is preserved upon notice...
