Spring Arbor of Frederick is hiring a Part-Time Driver (Transportation / Shuttle Driver / Resident Transport) to safely transport our residents while creating a warm, engaging experience along the way.

🚗 What You’ll Do
Safely transport residents to doctor appointments, shopping trips, and local outings
Assist residents with entering/exiting the vehicle safely
Perform vehicle safety checks, cleaning, and basic upkeep
Provide a friendly, engaging experience during trips
Support activities and outings within the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Stafford areas

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation services for the residents of the Community.
Areas of Responsibility
Drive residents to outings, health care appointments, banking and other activities as determined by the Lifestyle Director/Concierge and the Executive Director.
Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle. Assist in loading packages, boxes, sacks, etc.
Coordinate Community transportation services ensuring the maintenance of the vehicles and adherence to the transportation budget and expenditures as directed.

Required Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must possess good judgment, time management, decision making, and safety awareness skills.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
Must possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if required) for the state where the vehicle is operated.
Must have an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) record; the record must be checked annually.
The Community is a drug free workplace.
