Delivery Driver Non-CDL

Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you're eager to find your next opportunity.    The NON-CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.   The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Friday from 7AM to 5PM. The occasional Monday and Saturday may be available. You will: Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW) Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate Properly track and document the activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect the truck before and after each trip Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude You have: A valid commercial driver’s license Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam A good driving record 1 year of route delivery experience 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience Lift gate experience Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted) Strong work ethic
