Job Description
As an Events Assistant, you will support the coordination and execution of a variety of corporate, promotional, and community events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure every project is organized, efficient, and delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and timelines.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and event partners.
- Support event setup, on-site operations, and post-event activities.
- Track project progress and maintain event documentation.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and event resources.
- Help manage guest registrations and attendee communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Monitor event budgets and assist with administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
