We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.

We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers’ warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers’ warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business.

Fleet Technician C Role Overview

Maintains and repairs fleet vehicles, light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on vehicles, light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

• Documents service and repairs performed.

• Performs general housekeeping duties in and around the fleet garage.

• Operates forklift to move parts and equipment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to their first day of employment. 

• Must be able to obtain a CDL permit by the 15th business day and 45 business days from their date of hire in which to obtain the license, if CDL is not currently held.

• One (1) year of vehicle maintenance experience required.

• Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification. 

• Must be able to demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of gas and diesel engines and fuel, brake, and cooling systems.

• Required to have his/her own standard mechanic’s tools.

• Must have aptitude to learn and develop technical skills.

• Must have good oral communication and written communication skills.

• Good work ethic for daily physically and mentally challenging work is required.

• Must be able to work in an environment open to ambient conditions. 

• Attention to detail and accuracy required.

• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications. 

• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
