Job Summary

Manage the day to day operations of the Patient Experience team and across the Montefiore Medical Center and the Montefiore Health System.  Act as an associate advocate and ensure the program's compliance across Montefiore policy and procedures.  Responsible for special projects,  leading & supporting initiatives within the department as well as the Montefiore Medical Center, Montefiore Health System and outside vendors. Manage project finances and budget activities to maximize investment and increase efficiency.  Gather, maintain and provide various reports and data.  Support larger Network Performance Group initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Required - Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 5+ years of experience with project management and quality initiatives Required
• Excellent critical thinking skills as well as effective written, oral and presentation skills.  
• A demonstrated commitment to professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.  
• Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills as required.  
• Candidate must understand how to present clinical outcomes data for health care delivery systems with an emphasis on measurable clinical metrics.
