Our proprietary technology enables local advertising and insights at scale, all while meeting the highest user privacy standards in the industry.
We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to oversee the East Coast region and manage a team of 5 sellers. This role is hybrid out of NYC and reports to the SVP of National Sales.
You will:
Lead and grow revenue across the East region
Execute the regional sales strategy aligned with the broader national goals
Identify high growth targets & develop and execute plans to win accounts
Mentor and motivate a Sales team of 4 sellers, including 2 Regional VPs, to grow current accounts and find net new business
Accurately forecast revenue on a quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis
Report weekly on regional performance, wins, challenges, and growth opportunities to Global CEO, GM, and SVP
Provide market feedback to upper management
Work closely with the VP of West/Central Sales to align teams and collaborate efforts across regions and agencies
Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers
Drive client retention and expansion efforts, maximizing revenue from existing accounts
Perform quarterly business and account reviews
Ensure Sales team meets minimum target for Monthly client meetings and RFPs
Your background:
10+ years of experience in Ad Tech/Digital Advertising, with a proven track record in senior sales, regional management, or business development roles
Deep understanding of the media agency landscape, particularly in the New York market
Strong existing relationships with key decision-makers at media agencies and brands (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
Demonstrated ability to open doors and initiate strategic conversations with high-value prospects
Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and building long-term client partnerships
Experience managing and mentoring a sales team of at least 4+
Based in New York City, with the requirement of travel as needed (approx. 15%)

Salary range for this role is $210-215K base -- ($420-430K OTE with bonus)
