What you´ll do Dispatch and manage tickets for Campus teams, ensuring timely and accurate handling using CRM systems Update and maintain training files, templates, desktop procedures, and contact databases in Excel and Word Organize and assign emails within the group mailbox to ensure prompt action and proper tracking Handle Campus tickets and support system processes, including session creation, course uploads, and curriculum management Assist in monitoring and improving process efficiency by supporting or initiating continuous improvement projects Perform administrative tasks related to learning operations with high attention to detail and timeliness Collaborate with team members through job shadowing and guided training to build technical and operational proficiency
