Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Offer consultation services from both call and e-mails.
提供电话/电邮的咨询服务
2. Provide price quotations, register the information of samples according to the information received and answer any queries clients may have 
提供报价,订单信息注册/录入以及解答客户疑问
3. Work with different department to make sure all orders are completed on time, and clients are kept up to date on the status of their order;
各部门协调合作,确保订单按时完成,并确保客户及时了解订单状态
4. Handle ad-hoc assignment as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and meet requirements
处理临时分配的工作,按时按要求完成经理/负责人安排的其他工作

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
1. College degree or above in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus)
大专及以上,专业不限(科学,工程或其他技术性学科优先考虑)
2. Good command of Oral English and writing English, CET 4 or above
具有良好的英语口语和书写能力,英语4级或以上
3. Good communication skills and language competence;
具有良好的沟通和语言表达能力
4. Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
