Supervisor Safety Technology - Valley Metro

Role purpose: The Supervisor, Safety Technology, is responsible for overseeing and integrating all safety technology platforms, including Drive Cam and onboard surveillance systems. This role leads video-based safety programs, investigations, coaching, and performance analysis to proactively reduce risk, improve operator behavior, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position manages the end-to-end lifecycle of video safety data, from capture and analysis to coaching, reporting, and corrective action, while supporting safety investigations, litigation requests, and continuous operational improvement.
