ISP Intern Finance Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Operational Support

Enter and update financial information in systems and databases.

Organize, file, and safeguard financial and accounting documentation.

Follow up on internal requests related to payments, invoices, and receipts.

Financial Analysis Support

Prepare basic financial reports and dashboards.

Assist with the reconciliation of financial information.

Collaborate on the analysis of expenses, budgets, and variances.

Compile information for the development of financial indicators.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Assist with the review and control of invoices.

Track outstanding payments and due dates.

Collaborate on updating accounts receivable and accounts payable records.

Budgeting and Planning

Assist in compiling information for budgeting processes.

Participate in the preparation of financial projections and reports.

Contribute to the monitoring of budgets allocated to different areas.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to optimize administrative and financial processes.

Participate in special projects within the Finance department.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).

Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.

Knowledge of ERP systems or financial software is preferred.
