Guide guests through cocktail, wine, beer, and food selections. Accurately enter orders and deliver beverages and menu items promptly. Anticipate guest needs while providing personalized recommendations. Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails. Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately. Keep service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow Curators to ensure seamless service. Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest identification when required. Create memorable experiences that inspire guests to return. What We're Looking For Previous cocktail, bar, restaurant, or upscale dining service experience preferred. Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beer is a plus. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
