TNF EMEA is looking for a Key Account Manager for Benelux to join our Wholesale team. The role will be based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Let's Talk about the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall business performance across key accounts in the Benelux region, ensuring strong alignment with brand priorities and market opportunities. You will play a key role in strengthening partnerships and elevating the brand presence through a strategic and consumer-focused approach.
What You Will Do
Own and develop relationships with key and specialty accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
Define and execute seasonal and long-term account plans aligned with brand and distribution strategy.
Drive sell-in activities and monitor in-season performance to maximize sell-through.
Build and manage forecasts, ensuring accuracy across buys, shipments, and financial targets.
Analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
Lead commercial negotiations in line with margin, pricing, and distribution objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Finance, and Operations to deliver on plans and targets
Lead key partner meetings, including business reviews, assortment planning, and product presentations.
Skills for Success
Extensive years of experience in sales, key account management, or wholesale (sports, fashion/lifestyle, or FMCG is a plus), with exposure to the Benelux market.
Fluent in English and in at least one official Benelux language (Dutch and/or French).
Experience working within the Benelux market; local background or strong regional exposure.
Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of wholesale dynamics.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven track record in managing accounts and delivering against targets.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Hiring Range:
€50,112.00 EUR - €62,640.00 EURannually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
