Boeing Global Services Government Services is seeking a Material Management & CAM (Cost/Accountability Management) in Hazelwood, MO. to support the P-8A Increment 3 Block 2 Training Upgrade program, supporting the U.S. Navy (USN), Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Germany through NAWCTSD and the Joint Program Office. This role operates in a full DFARS EVM contract environment and is responsible for ensuring training upgrade material readiness, configuration/accountability support, and audit-ready documentation that align to contract performance expectations and scheduled delivery milestones. This role will primarily support Inc3 Block 2 efforts roughly 75% of the time and P-8A Germany Training 25% the time.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support material planning and execution for the training upgrade program, ensuring material availability aligns to Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and work package timelines
  • Support supplier planning & execution meetings
  • Create CAPRs in support of program contracts
  • Perform CAM functions including material/cost accountability support, traceability verification, and maintaining audit-ready records
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, logistics/supply chain, procurement, production, quality, and program management) to resolve material shortages, delivery risk, and priority changes
  • Maintain and update material-related status, forecasts, and risk inputs consistent with DFARS EVM reporting expectations (e.g., ensure material readiness assumptions and status are defensible and traceable)
  • Review and reconcile material and configuration requirements against applicable program documentation/baselines (as applicable)
  • Support readiness reviews, audits, and formal assessments; compile and maintain evidence packages needed for customer and internal reviews supporting NAWCTSD/JPO requirements
  • Drive closure of material-related discrepancies through structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
  • Provide status/metrics to program leadership and support schedule recovery actions when material risk impacts milestones
  • Mid-level: Executes assigned material/CAM tasks within defined processes; produces accurate, audit-ready status and documentation; supports issue resolution
  • Lead expectations (as applicable): lead broader work scope, coordinate multiple work streams, and mentor/guide other resources; independently resolve complex material/CAM issues and drive continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in material management/related fields such as materials estimating, non-labor analyst, supply chain or supplier management
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret schedules, EVM, work packages, and material requirements; maintain strong traceability and documentation discipline
  • Working knowledge of concepts relevant to material readiness and performance reporting (e.g., status/forecast integrity, defensible reporting)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to interface effectively with program stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for reporting, tracking, and data validation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive program deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • EVM Certification – preferably current or at least within the last 3 years
  • Prior experience supporting aircraft sustainment/training systems or similar training upgrade efforts (USN/DoD/RAAF experience a plus)
  • Experience with common business systems such as OPP, COBRA, CLAS.
  • Experience with ERP/material systems and/or planning/reporting tools (e.g. CAPRS, GOLD) and configuration/accountability workflows
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and maintaining evidence packages for customer/internal assessments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

Mid-Level $94,350 - $127,650

Experienced $118,150 - $159,850
