About the Position

As an Executive Associate USA & Group Development, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our office. This dynamic role involves a broad spectrum of administrative and organizational responsibilities, where you will serve as a key point of contact for various stakeholders. Your expertise in office organization, meticulous calendar and travel management, and professional event planning will be crucial. You will leverage your strong communication skills to foster effective collaboration, create compelling presentations, and generate insightful reports using tools like MS Office 365 and potentially SAP. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to process optimization and engage in strategic stakeholder management to support our team's overarching objectives.
