I&C SENIOR ENGINEER PACKAGE

Pay: Competitive, experience-based salary of $120,000 to $140,000 per year

PROFICIENCIES

We're looking for someone who is familiar with/experienced in the following areas:

• DCS
• I/O panel layouts
• SCADA layouts
• QA
• CAD

I&C SENIOR ENGINEER DAY-TO-DAY

• Leading operations in the instrumentation and controls department, supervising your team, managing performance (including discipline when appropriate), and modeling high productivity, accountability, quality, and customer service standards
• Implementing new departmental processes to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality levels and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Setting growth objectives and sales targets for the department, developing annual business plans with senior leadership, and assessing how the electrical department integrates with I&C
• Encouraging your team to collaborate, give their best, and take ownership of their results
• Coordinating with project managers and department managers on stand-alone and multi-disciplinary projects with an I&C component to create schedules, set budgets, allocate resources, develop project scopes, and maintain documentation
• Proactively seeking out opportunities for business development by identifying prospective new clients and strengthening connections with current clients
• Communicating with clients throughout the job cycle and recommending additional services when appropriate
• Driving repeat business through strong client relationships and customer-focused service
