Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training or coaching.
- Process Optimization: Identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing operational reports for executives.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all products or services meet quality standards and that the business complies with safety and industry regulations

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of supervisory, operations, or team leadership experience preferred.
