Behavioral Analyst I/II, TBS-Yolo *Spanish Speaking Required*

The Behavior Analyst provides one-to-one guidance, support, education and service to Medi-Cal eligible youth and their families. Behavior Analyst works with the youth in the setting where they are having difficulties. Also works with the caregivers and primary mental health providers to maintain improvement while attempting to stabilize placement. The Behavior Analyst works as a member of a cooperative team with the youth, family, and other members of the mental health team; particularly the Clinical Program Manager and other professional staff working with the youth and family. In providing services to the youth and their family, the Behavior Analyst continually works to support the program goals and outcome.
