Job Description
We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler with or without experience in Inspection scheduling to conduct the deployment and routing of 50+ field inspectors daily. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and responsible. Opportunities to advance for those with an ambition to do so and are eager to learn.
- Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment,
- Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates.
- This position is responsible for directing/scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients.
- Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email
- Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects
- Monitoring inspectors, handling paperwork, entering correct information into the system
- Proficient in MS Office/computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be customer focused and team orientated
- Proactive, self-starter, problem solver
- Ability to work with clients, operational staff, field and management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to prioritize while keeping an eye on detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of NYC and the 5 boroughs a MUST
