General Labor – Starting at $16.50/hour (Higher Pay Based on Experience!)
Looking for a stable job with opportunities to grow? Join our team as a General Labor Associate! No experience is required—we provide training. If you have manufacturing, warehouse, or lumber industry experience, we offer higher starting pay based on your skills and background.
What You'll Do
As a General Labor Associate, you will play an important role in the production and handling of lumber products while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely moving, stacking, and securing lumber products and materials
- Building and bundling finished products according to customer specifications
- Applying labels and tags to ensure accurate product identification
- Operating and troubleshooting basic equipment, including staple guns
- Banding, bundling, and securing materials for shipment
- Verifying correct quantities and product information before materials leave the work area
- Recording production data and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
- Participating in safety programs, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting other departments as needed
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- No experience necessary—we will train the right candidate
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or lumber experience is a plus
- Basic math skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to safety and quality
