Job Description
This is a full-time, temporary project-based position requiring travel within the state of Pennsylvania.
As a Field Team Lead, you will:
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of field representatives performing neighborhood canvassing, inspections, and data collection.
• Develop daily and weekly schedules to assign field teams to targeted neighborhoods and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to field staff, resolving issues and escalating concerns to project leadership as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on field data, photographs, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between field teams and project leadership to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong community relations.
• Assist with homeowner communications, including explaining the inspection process, answering questions, and documenting feedback.
• Research and review TAP Cards and other relevant records to support material identification efforts.
• Ensure proper documentation, including photographs of exterior property markers (house number) and interior service line materials.
• Support the preparation of reports summarizing inspection results and team progress.
• Monitor adherence to safety guidelines, permits, and regulatory requirements, modeling best practices for field staff.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment needs, and field technology (tablets, smartphones, and computers) for assigned teams.
• Perform inspections and data collection as needed to support team workloads or fill gaps.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
