The position offers daytime hours, typically 8:30–9:00 a.m. to 3:00–4:00 p.m., providing an excellent work-life balance and a predictable weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency
