Purchasing Agent - Trophy Signature Homes

Position Purpose: The Purchasing Agent must believe in, practice and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.   This position involves managing cost categories, negotiating contracts, managing the bid process with Preferred Partners, demonstrating knowledge of building industry and SOPs. This position should provide support to Construction, vendors and other departments as needed.
