Enterprise Sales Manager - Singapore
Job Description
Based in our Singapore Office, the Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for selling iYogi's products and Services across Asia Pacific. This is a quota driven position.
· Achieve / exceed assigned revenue targets and meet pipeline objectives.
· Conduct sales calls at the required frequency necessary to build and maintain a 3x pipeline
· Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from Prospecting to Closure.
· Grow account penetration.
· Qualify and follow up sales leads
· Produce accurate weekly forecasts and monthly business plan update
· Lead, participate and execute planned account strategy, marketing activities and demand generation campaigns within assigned territory
· Lead the sales effort for sales opportunities across the defined sales territory to successfully close sales around IYogi solutions.
· Engage in territory planning workshops to identify and prioritize the prospect lists
· Responsible for pipeline management, reporting, accurate forecasting
· Travel within the region as required
Desired Skills / Experience
- 8-10 years of direct Solution Selling expertise. Hunter profile.
- Should have Enterprise Software selling experience which could include experience in solutions
- Experience in selling to at least 2 of the following sectors Communications Carrier, Service Provider, Computer Manufacturer (Hardware, Software, and/or Peripherals), Business Process Outsourcing and IT Related Retailer/Distributor.
- Experience in closing enterprise software deals of USD 250K and upwards for licensed software.
- Demonstrating Selling Excellence: pipeline management, reporting, accurate forecasting
- Experience in positioning Value based selling to C-Level executives to close the sale
- Strong prospecting and follow-up skills.
- Must have existing client relationships in some of the sectors above
- Excellent track record of identifying key decision-makers and building strong long term relationships with customers
- Ability to make and execute personal sales plans and campaigns to penetrate and develop new accounts and prospects in assigned territory
- Work closely with the support teams including pre-sales, engineering to conduct discovery workshops to determine customer requirements
- Strong technical presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals are required
- Relationships with major SI's and major application vendors
· Social Media savvy and passion
· Competitive product knowledge as appropriate would be an advantage.
