Take on a key shutdown role as a Boilermaker supporting major operations at Wagerup in the South West. This is your chance to be part of a reliable DIDO crew delivering critical shutdown and maintenance work on one of the region’s most important sites. Bring your boilermaking expertise, strong safety focus, and teamwork mindset — and we’ll back you with consistent shutdown opportunities, great site support, and a team that values your skills.

The Role

  • Maintenance and Punchlist experience highly regarded
  • Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
  • Mark out steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
  • Solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards.
  • Welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW and Arc air gouging.
  • Follow quality control systems and techniques
  • Perform other general duties as required

About You

Monday to Saturday, DIDO, Dayshift and nightshift

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mandatory)
  • Construction White Card
  • Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
  • Gas Test Atmospheres (desirable)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
  • Additional Tickets will be highly regarded

This role is paid in accordance with the applicable Enterprise Agreement. The hourly rate commences with an all-purpose rate of $42.53 plus applicable penalties for overtime.
