The Market Partner is a 100% field-facing role responsible for strategizing, organizing, and directing the operations of the gym including staffing, sales and local marketing, profitability, member service and operational administration and compliance across all Crunch locations in their region. They support a high-performance, high- care culture that operates with pace and discipline in delivering outcomes through team member development, member experience, and results.
