Job Description
This position is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests in the fine dining restaurants. Essential Functions - Describe all specials and items on the menu. - interact with guests to take drink and food orders. - Communicate with kitchen for food ordering. - Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table utilizing the runner (if applicable). - Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property. - Handle all checks and cash according to Standard Operating Procedures. - Assist other servers to give the best possible service. - Monitor all tables in the designated station to ensure superior guest service. - Ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. - Attends all meetings as...
