Lab Supervisor (FDC)

The Laboratory Supervisor at MANA Lab at the Fayetteville Diagnostic clinic will oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations. Manage and provide guidance to the Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Phlebotomists, Laboratory Assistants and Ancillary Receptionists. Perform both CLIA waived and non-waived laboratory procedures with independent judgment. Assist with specimen processing, reception, and phlebotomy as necessary. Monitor laboratory performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Must be detail oriented, and enjoy leading others.
