Product & Quality Engineer

Role Overview

As a Product & Quality Engineer, will play a dual role in driving product innovation and ensuring quality excellence. This position is primarily focused on product engineering, complemented by quality engineering responsibilities. You will work cross-functionally to deliver high-performing, compliant, and customer-focused solutions throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Product rebrand and sustaining engineering initiatives.

· Manage engineering changes (ECOs) and maintain accurate technical documentation.

· Exposure to CAD tool Unigraphics NX and health care devices

· Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to optimize product reliability and cost.

· Drive root cause investigations and implement effective design solutions.

· Support verification and validation (V&V) activities to ensure product compliance.

· Support quality systems including CAPA, nonconformance investigations, and risk management.

· Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

· Contribute to audit readiness and participate in audit activities.

· Review engineering changes with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or related).

Experience in product development with exposure to quality engineering practices.

Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 5 Whys).

Familiarity with quality standards and regulated environments.
