- Assist with the organisational planning and operational preparation of an international defence and security exhibition.
- Coordinate and liaise with external service providers, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain and update project plans, Excel trackers, and timelines.
- Support the preparation of meeting rooms, event spaces, and service requirements.
- Provide operational support as part of the event team during the build-up, live event, and breakdown phases between late February and mid-March.
Participation will be arranged in line with your academic schedule and availability.
- Maintain and update data in Excel, Monday.com, and CRM systems.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and projects.
- Assist with budget tracking, supplier administration, and operational reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and organisational documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and PR.
- Coordinate external communication with service providers and, where applicable, customers.
- Support cross-functional projects and operational processes.
