Your Future Team
As an Internal Integrations Associate, you will support a variety of projects that help our advisor practices grow. You will support the Internal Integration team to ensure progress and communications stay synchronized within and between our departments.
You'll work side-by-side with the Internal Integration Manager to provide analytical, organizational, and administrative support, ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met. You will work daily within Asana, our primary project management system, to track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate across the business.

You dive right in – Quickly learning project details, asking thoughtful questions, and providing support to the Internal Integration team and its cross-functional stakeholders.
You are service oriented– Supporting our cross-functional stakeholders and advisors with excellent service.
You are execution focused – Supporting the Internal Integration team by ensuring our cross-functional deadlines are met and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You're a team player – Working with the Internal Integrations team, colleagues, and partners to develop, maintain, and refine Asana and other tools that keep them aligned.
You stay ahead - Identifying potential issues early, flagging them to managers, and helping remove roadblocks.
You adapt and deliver - Whether the task is clearly defined or the next steps are still evolving, you're ready to assist where needed.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in either project management or integrations management
RIA or financial services industry experience preferred
Experience building or maintaining project plans preferred
CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Base salary of up to $75,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
