Job Description

Recognized for more than a century as the iconic address for Dallas hospitality, The Adolphus offers timeless culture, vibrant and storied surroundings, imaginative and collaborative food and drink, and immersive experiences. In it's reimagining, the 407 room downtown hotel recalls a grand European home.

You are the go-to person when guests need assistance and team members need support. You lead by example, create memorable guest experiences, and help ensure the Front Office operates smoothly. Whether resolving a guest concern, welcoming a VIP, or supporting the team during a busy shift, you take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Requested Tasks

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Support Guest Service Agents and help answer operational questions
  • Assist with arrivals, departures, and special guest requests
  • Help resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure front office standards are maintained at all times
