Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our afternoon shift team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and an automotive background. The right candidate will assist with shop operations, vehicle-related tasks, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shop and yard operations
- Perform general labor and cleanup duties
- Support vehicle and equipment maintenance tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Operate hand tools and basic shop equipment safely
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Automotive or mechanical background preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience operating trucks, trailers, or equipment is a plus
- Must be willing to work afternoon/evening hours
